London 2012 Olympics Tickets Sale

Olympic Football and Paralympic Games tickets are now on sale.

Olympic Football Tournament

Tickets are now on sale online and by phone on a first come, first served basis, using Visa only, until 6pm on Monday 6 February 2012. Full price tickets start at just £20 with special prices available for young people aged 16 and under and seniors aged 60 and over.

The Olympic Football Tournament will see some of the world's best men's and women's teams competing at six of the finest stadiums in the UK over 13 days of action-packed competition.

There are more than 1.5 million Football tickets still available across all sessions, with limited availability for matches taking place at Wembley.

The men’s team, coached by Stuart Pearce, will begin their London 2012 campaign at Old Trafford on Thursday 26 July, followed by Wembley Stadium on Sunday 29 July. Their final group game will be at the Millennium Stadium on Wednesday 1 August.

Coached by Hope Powell, the women’s team will kick off the tournament on Wednesday 25 July at the Millennium Stadium, with their following match at the same venue on Saturday 28 July. Their final group stage match will take place on Tuesday 31 July at Wembley Stadium.

Paralympic Games

Remaining tickets for the London 2012 Paralympic Games are now on sale on a first come, first served basis, using Visa only, until 6pm on Monday 6 February 2012.

Tickets are available to purchase from the London 2012 ticketing website or by telephone on 0844 847 2012. Full price tickets start at £10, with tickets for young people aged 16 and under and seniors aged 60 and over costing only £5.

There is good availability for the majority of sports, including Athletics, Wheelchair Basketball and Swimming, as well as for ExCeL and Olympic Park day passes.

Tickets are still available on every day of the Games, including for medal sessions in a number of sports.

Ticket resale

If you are no longer able to use the Olympic Games and Paralympic Games tickets you have purchased, you can resell your tickets at face value through the official London 2012 ticket resale programme between 6 January 2012 and 6pm on 3 February 2012. This will be the only authorised way to sell any tickets you are unable to use or buy tickets from people offering tickets for resale.

Tickets are strictly non-transferable and must not be sold or advertised for sale on the internet, in newspapers or anywhere else other than via the official London 2012 ticket resale programme. Please be wary of tickets being sold by unauthorised websites.

London 2012 Ticketshare
Servicemen and women and their families will be eligible for Ticketshare tickets through the British Olympic Association; the British Paralympic Association; and the home county sports councils – Sport England; Sport Northern Ireland; sportscotland; and Sport Wales.

The London 2012 Ticketshare scheme is dependent on the success of Prestige ticket sales.
